Are you an HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? We are seeking an HR Advisor to join us on a fixed-term basis.
This is a great HR job within a company that is undergoing a period of global transformation. The UK headcount is 1800 employees. The HR Advisor will join 3 Advisors in the Human Resources team to provide Operational/day-to-day support to the business.
Prior experience as an Advisor providing HR guidance to Managers and Employees is essential. You may have held other similar HR jobs within relatable industries. Familiarity with modern manufacturing, engineering, or distribution environments would be an advantage.
We are looking for an HR Advisor who can support client groups in a multi-site, fast-paced setting. Good knowledge of employment laws is essential. You must be able to work with discretion with sensitive data. Strong organisational skills are key to success in the role. In the role you will be expected to handle Employee Relations cases with attention to detail.
This roles offers some flexibility to work from home on occasion. It will include travel to varying business locations. We are looking for an HR professional who has a flexible approach to work. Candidates must be within commuting distance to Andover, Hampshire.

Responsibilities:
Probationary period queries, advice and process support
Performance/conduct/investigation queries, advice and process support
Sickness absence/capability queries, advice and process support
Flexible working request queries, advice and process support
Occupational Health referrals and interpretation of recommendations
General HR, people management and policy advice (incl. support for TUPE, business tenders)
Coaching and advice to line managers on operational people activity
UK-wide project work (eg, exit interview review, safeguarding, AI, pulse survey)
