ABOUTTHE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse (MentalHealth) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion andexperience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care andsupport we're known for. We'll look to you to provide ourmulti-disciplinary team with in-depth expertise on mental health tomake sure our residents get the most out of life. You'll ensureeach person's needs are met and that they're always treated withdignity and respect. You can expect a wide range ofresponsibilities, from making sure a new resident is settling inand developing tailored care plans to carrying out a variety ofclinical tasks. ABOUTYOU
To join us as a Registered Nurse(RMN), you'll need to have current NMC registration and a goodknowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularlyin relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developedcare plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is anunderstanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA andRoyal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate,you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approachto nursing.
