What will your day to day responsibilities be?

• Service, repair & maintenance of MFD's
• Achieve high first time fix level for calls
• Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
• Manage vehicle stock
• Covering the areas of South Wales/Swansea

RequirementsWe will consider any experienced photocopier or break fix service engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer

• Strong customer facing skills and experience
• Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
• Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
• Proven technical experience - electro mechanical
• Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
